Owner and CEO, Kristi Pavlik, is a true visionary and sees the world in flowcharts which allows her to then create a business strategy with systems and processes to implement.
Kristi’s strategy for Adonai had always been to find the client’s that needed help, create their strategy, and then have a team implement it. However, she quickly realized that she was doing a lot more implementing than she truly wanted to do.
With one client in particular, Kristi wanted to focus on the structure of the business, setting up the plan, and then stepping out at the implementation so that she could focus on the KPI, ROI, and the future vision for the business but she found herself stuck in the implementation. Constantly creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all the tasks, doing calendar management, handling board meetings and running the production schedule for the magazine left Kristi with very little time to plan the strategy for the company’s future let alone her own company.

Kristi already had the tasks setup in her project management program so I began to work my way through each task by testing each SOPs to make sure that all the key steps were written out and were clear. Some of the tasks actually needed an SOP to be written so I had Kristi create a video of the steps taken and then I wrote the SOP out, tested it, and then implemented it. Once we knew that the SOPs were correct, Kristi was able to hand the production schedule off knowing that it would run properly.
